Tree removed cleanly and efficiently. Communication and scheduling problems with stump removal. Had to hire another company to finally remove the stump.

The team showed up in full force to trim very large limbs from our huge Sycamore. The limbs were larger than many trees. The management dealt extremely well with a difficult situation, caused by a neighbor. They cleaned and shredded as they went, followed with a thorough cleaning of all areas. Get a quote from Scott!

The Scott Lanes crews were awesome. They were super easy to work with. They did an awesome job and at a good price. When I need tree work again, I will be reaching out to them again. Also before I forget, I do want to make sure that I mention the dispatcher I was working with, she was extremely patient and super helpful and flexible. It was a quality operation from start to finish.

Good and prompt service

Great work but did not let us know the stump grinding would not be removed so we were left with huge piles of ‘mulch’ where each tree used to be. We would have gladly paid extra to have it removed but were not given that option although it’s something they (or the company they use) offer.

I would recommend finding out beforehand if a crane is needed and if any fences or bushes will need to be removed to accommodate the crane. They ended up having to open the chain-link fence between my neighbors house and mine without talking to the neighbors first and unfortunately did not put it back the way it was but made it work. A post was not reinstalled and the two that were put back in were installed on the wrong side of the fence cloth and one at the wrong height positions making it so the top bar wont line up. All of this was taken care of at the end and restored to the satisfaction of my neighbor. The trees were all removed and ground down nicely and the overall results of the removal are very satisfactory, and I would recommend Scott Lanes as a great lower cost option with the caveat of nailing down the needed details beforehand a little better than I was able too. Thank you Scott!

I was referred to them using Angi! The reviews seemed pretty decent as well. When they came out and did an estimate, I let them know I did receive other estimates from other companies. They insisted they really wanted my business and wanted to see the other estimates. I showed it to them and they said they would beat it by $200. I was super excited!! They did show up a couple days later than expected, and the project definitely took longer than projected, {3-5 days projected. 2 weeks for trees, 8 weeks for over all} none of those things honestly bothered me. I mean they were taking down six trees that were well over two stories tall. As far as the tree work goes, they got everything down and did not damage any buildings however definitely left a LOT of ruts in the yard. But I figured that was gonna happen. What really upset me though is the final details for completing the job like putting my property back together. It took them almost a month to come back to the property and finish the job. They had to take apart my fence in order to get the crane into the backyard, when they came to put the fence back together, they put it in the ground with concrete 3 inches deeper so now I can t even latch the gate. I ve called and texted asking them when can they fix it, they re now ignoring me. {The other issues was the brick path and they took it apart and they put some back and some are not placed back at all but I need to fix this as well}.

Trees trimming was excellent. Cleaned up afterwards and everything was put back in place. Friendly people.
