Throughout the project they allocated sufficient time for each treatment to cure and inspected the work before proceeding to the next step. Grady started the project with no money down and only required ongoing payments for materials until the project was well underway. The final payment was due only after they did a final inspection. Total project cost was also below other bids."

"The overall experience was exceptional. Luis meet with my wife and I and did a walk thru of the property and provided us with an estimate within an hour of the walk-thru. I already had heard excellent things about his company from numerous co-workers who had FDC paint their home. I truly feel like we got an extreme value in terms of the service we received for the price. Since our house was a new build, we had a number of cracks and nail pops associated with the home settling. Also, entire house to include walls ceiling and trim was a blah beige. "George and his crew did an outstanding job! They were prompt, courteous, professional and really seemed to enjoy their work. George came to meet with us to estimate the work and provided us a quote within 1 business day. From estimate to completion, the team completed the job in 5 business days.
After day 1 we didn't like one of the colors we had chosen after seeing it on the walls. We talked with George about it and he was very accommodating, and just wanted to make sure we would be happy with the final results. This was a big change, but George only charged us for the cost of replacing the paint.

"We selected this company based on the previous reviews.  For the most part, everything went smoothly.  They worked with us on pricing, but ended up charging an extra $100 for additional color selections.  Alex provided prompt communication through email.
It took about three days of work for two gentlemen to complete the work.  The first day was the repair the drywall seams and beam, which looked so much better.  The second and third days were spent painting the ceiling,  walls, and trim.  We had a small hiccup with the wall paint not matching the selection, but they were quick to make it right.
They did not show up at the time they were expected, but did stay later into the evening to get the work done promptly.  The room looks so much better."
