It is beautiful. The job took a few weeks and the work was neat , clean and well done. Lots of good advice from the contractor. The cost was the going rate at the time. I have recommended this contractor to many friends.

Very Bad Service. They were not on time, they took months and months to finish the job because they took another job in the middle of mine. The bathroom is a wreck. ceiling paint on the walls, wall paint on the ceiling, tub shower doesn't drain, the doorsill was never stained or finished. The bathroom door will not close properly, the tile floor began coming off after only a couple of months!! Stucco on exterior was improperly patched, and makes the neighbors laugh. They left buckets drop cloths and other tools behind and never came back to get them even when I called . There is blue tape still on the second story where they painted a window frame but never removed the blue tape and I can't reach it. They turned on my outdoor water in winter and left it on, the pipe burst and I had to pay a plumber over $200 to fix that, and it split my expensive garden hose which I still need to replace. A large patch on the kitchen ceiling below was drilled into for the upstairs bathroom and they did not repaint that so there is still a large messy unpainted patch on the ceiling below the bathroom which still needs to be repaired. This was the worst result of a renovation I have ever seen in anybody's home and of course it's in MY home. The cost was $33,000! For a very small bathroom, and the whole thing needs to be demolished to the studs and redone. This was a total loss for us the homeowners. They did not follow their own contract. We paid up front and on time every penny he asked for, and more. We were nothing more than a quick pile of money for this company who does not at all care about the quality of their work, I cry every time I go in this bathroom to clean it, and I never use it, If I go in there a tile will come off the floor under my feet!, Our two kids use it, but guests don't want to because the door wont even close properly. And Oh! I had to caulk the bathtub in! They never got around to it!
