While CSI wasn't the cheapest on our list of home inspection and radon testing quotes, the cost was more than reasonable for the level of service that we received. Ron, our home inspector, was fantastic! He arrived early, and I don't think he could have been more thorough than he was! He was very friendly and personable, and was more than willing to answer our questions during the inspection. He went through the entire home with a fine toothed comb! He pointed out defects that he found, and explained things in detail. He also highlighted the positive things he found. Used a drone to inspect the roof and chimney, and thermal imaging to check for hidden moisture. He seemed very professional and was very informative in telling me what I should do and look for in the future if I ever had any concerns. It was safe to stay at home when he did it; he was looking in a socket kind of thing where the air conditioning duct goes through. He did that and also tested the air.
