Mr. Flores was able to clean my ducts the day after my phone call. He was very professional and respectful. He spent the time to explain the process of cleaning and what everything did. He was very thorough with cleaning and could definitely smell the difference afterwards. He spent extra time to look over his work to make sure everything was perfect. Wilbur from Flores Fresh Air Solutions came the day after my call to have my air ducts cleaned. He was very nice, explained what needed to be done and did an excellent and efficient job. The house smelled great when he was done! I’ll definitely have him back the next time I need the ducts cleaned.

They came out last year to clean, said they did it. Got my system inspected recently and it was fully blocked. Wilber came back out and said he could not do it. Made a partial refund, made some racist comments and then I asked him to leave. Very unprofessional and nasty company/guy. I made an official complaint to home advisor. I would not recommend this company at all.

Call seats air ducts cleaners in Lorton va find out how much they are going to charge you! And also, I went back to your home and I refunded your money, ok? And yet you wrote the review! Ok, do not call me back, ok? I do not n aeed customer like you ok? Very, very mean white man!"
