"I had a company come out on Saturday and the technician Cassid he couldn t find the main water valve to activate the irrigation system and would need to have a team come out and poke around in my lawn to find it. Needless to say that nothing was accomplished on Saturday. Brothers Irrigation came out this evening and had everything up and flowing in less than an hour for a 16 zone system. Awesome customer service. I ll be having them come back out to winterize and do anything else lawn and garden related."

"The water pipe from the county main to our house burst and the county turned off the water to our home. Geary Powell was responsive and gave us a reasonable quote compared to others we received. My wife and I experienced communications problems with Geary that resulted in the job taking longer than he originally estimated. The plumbing to connect to the outdoor spigots was botched, so there water can not be turned on to flow to the outdoor hoses. It seems to me that this job was probably too big for The Irrigation Professionals."

"I contacted Woods home services to give me an estimate of cost to install a new irrigation system at my home. They were the only company to respond within a day. The other companies took almost a week to get back with me. Jim (the owner) gave me a proposal within the same week and he always responded to my questions. I found the proposal to be a good price along with many options for add ons. He was willing to make accommodations for my system since I discovered that my well pump is only 7gpm and my yard is very large. Ultimately, I decided my well pump could not handle the pressure needed to effectively water my lawn at this time, when it is time for me to change the well pump I will call Woods to install the sprinklers. I would recommend this company mainly because of the response times and effective communications."
