had a wonderful experience with resa and her installer, wayne. no pressure to sign contract that day. quote came in under others i got. resa told me where to shop and the store was wonderful to work with as well. wayne came on time and got the job done in a timely manner. cleaned up after himself daily. knowledgeable and professional. i have already recommended resa and her company to two friends. planning on using them again in the future.

I had a great experience with Resa (owner). When she visited my home I received a straight forward and honest presentation of what she could offer. Most importantly, there was no pressure to receive a super discount if I booked her that day. I had another appointment scheduled with a national flooring company, but I knew after meeting with Resa I didn't need to meet with anyone else and canceled that other meeting. I knew I would not have received the personal service that I received from Resa. I would have been just another customer. A couple weeks later the installers arrived, removed the old flooring, and installed the new carpet. Important to note the installers work exclusively for the company and are not contracted workers. The installers were experienced and made a great impression. When my job was done and all my furniture was moved back my new space looked amazing! Everything was perfect!

Iâ m a repeat customer, my second job with this company. Got several bids for a new floor in my basement. Wanted something that would be asthma friendly and look like wood but waterproof and wear resistant. The owner came personally, listened and came back with several options. All better than what anyone offered and at same price point. The floor was installed on time: and it looks great!

Resa at Floor Coverings International was professional and helpful from the minute I called. She listened to what I wanted and gave options. Her price was the second lowest, yet came with a warranty. The work was done quickly and on time. No pressure sales. Good information about the flooring I already had and how to keep within my budget and appearance goals. I really am pleased, and will utilize this company again.

The office staff and crew have no communication. They told me the day before they were going to be there between 8-9am. I called at 10:17am and the owner said I know they are on their way, I will call you back 15 mins later she email me that they were on there way. At 11:15 she dropped off supplies and said they were stuck in traffic. They arrived around 12. 3 hours after the time estimate. Crews later said they were scheduled at noon. They finished the floor, it looked good except that the owner said they were going to have a transition strip and they were putting down durock which they put down plywood. Also the floor is sloped, but I just wanted it over. 2 hours after they left the grout cracked everywhere and had bubbles in the grout. They were supposed to come today but they clearly do not know how to communicate
