He offered to fix it and we'd pay a service fee, or we could buy the parts and pay him back. he showed us what to do so we didn't need to call him back. He was very honest, friendly, outgoing and talkative. He explained everything going on and what was wrong. I would highly recommend him. Out of every service i've ever had, this was the best."
