"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. There was a deadline for installing this part before tenants arrive. They did not care, would not m"

"We called Tom’s to give us a second opinion on our ac that wasn’t working after being quoted $11,000 from another company. Sonya answered and was very professional but also personable which made us feel comfortable from the start. Although we were given a similar diagnosis, Tom’s gave us most options that were available to get our ac back up and running. Not to mention they quoted us only $7,000 to replace the whole system which is way better then the quote from the other company but they also quoted us to repair the issue within the original unit. Hunter and Lane were very informative when diagnosing our ac issue and they used some high tech tools that verified and gave us extra comfort in what they were saying. JD and Lane came back to do the repairs and my gosh our ac works amazing! Sonya was also helpful every step of the way as this is our first home and had no clue what we were doing. Never once felt like they were trying to get over on us! You will definitely be making the just choice in trusting them! They also offer financing if needed.
