Repair Pro's Hamilton Forrest responded quickly, came out to evaluate the next morning, and rearranged his schedule so that he could fix the hole in my roof well before the rain started. He and his helper went above and beyond, replaced other shingles that had been damaged, cleaned the gutters, and afterwards cleared the residual debris around the perimeter of the house. I had some problems in the front of the house regarding the rain water running down in case of severe down pours into my flower boxes and in front of my bay window. He flushed out the gutters, however the problem still existed. He did, however, come back on July 22, 2021, took off the leaf guards (said they did not work anymore because they did not let any water run through) and tried to arrange the gutters so they are pointing more downward . It worked for the flower boxes but on extreme severe downpours the gutters still overflow over the bay window. Mr. Francioni was very helpful, polite, and did not charge for the second visit on July 22, 2021. Astrid Hicks"
