He answered all of my questions, explained why the warranty company wouldn’t cover it (AHS is a scam and a waste of money and time. They have never fixed anything for us). He looked at a couple other things to give advice and quotes on, and was so personable and professional, I was completely comfortable having him in my house. He never complained that my issue was more difficult than he was expecting, he made a few jokes, kept in contact with both me and my husband every step of the way, and offered a very generous price. If I have any plumbing issues in the future, Billy will be my first call!"
