My AC was blowing too cold. he found that the capacitor was a bit weak. but instead of trying to upsell or overcharge me, he adjusted it and made sure everything was running smoothly without charging me a dime. That kind of honesty and integrity is rare these days!"

"I had the pleasure of using this service last August. Last year my AC went out and another company wanted to charge me over $800. to repair it. Being outraged and "hot" I called Advantage. Two very handsome men not only quickly repaired it, but the bill was a little over $100. They were amazing, polite, professional and now that a friend is asking for an AC company to repair her broken AC, I am referring my friend to Advantage. ** Fast forward two years.. my heat goes out during the coldest weekend in years. "Beware of long term service requirement to get any help. Nearly $12K on a whole home generator, but they will not come out to help unless you are part of their long term service contract plan. Their system is set up like "Pay to Play". Continue paying the monthly/yealy price to be a part of the exclusive service club or they will make you wait a week for help. Safety of system is irrelevant, you either join their service club or you are out of luck. Spend your money elsewhere unless you are willing to continue feeding the PIG to get service."

"My HVAC went out on New Years Day and I called several repair companies and Chirchhill was the only one to get back to me on the same day. Steve called and texted me to see what was wrong and how they could help. While on the phone I described to Steve what happened and the noises I heard prior to it going out. Steve was able to pretty much diagnose went might need to be replaced and had the part in stock! Joe came out the to my house and within 20 minutes I had heat! A few days later I called Steve back and reported to him that my heat was not working correctly (Turning on and off). Steve sent Joe back out who immediately discovered condensation inside a hose. Joe emptied out the water and left free of charge. Every works great!"
