"After looking for someone to repair a porch that was collapsing on a rental property, I found DLB Construction. Dwayne was incredibly easy to work with, gave us a quote that was fair and did work in a timely manner. I live out of state from where the property is, but Dwayne made it easy to manage the project. Once we agreed on a price, he and his team were out at the house and repaired the porch in a timely manner, making it look brand new in the process. Would work with them again, without hesitation."

"Cleaned gutters. I was informed at the time of service that the charge for removing the leaf guards was not $50 (per the Angie's big deal) but $50 per RUN of gutters (I had four, two on the house and two on the garage). We settled on $100 extra rather that $200. The guys offered to replace a seal on two vent pipes on the roof at $89 each. I thought the price was too high and declined.

"Wes is a good guy. Saw the challenge I have with my gutter and rather than clean it poorly, he suggested I have it replaced by a gutter install company. He didn’t try and up sell me or do the job half heartedly. I appreciated his honesty and would definitely hire him if I had other things needing to get fixed around the house. Thanks Wes."
