"After looking for someone to repair a porch that was collapsing on a rental property, I found DLB Construction. Dwayne was incredibly easy to work with, gave us a quote that was fair and did work in a timely manner. I live out of state from where the property is, but Dwayne made it easy to manage the project. "Cleaned gutters. I was informed at the time of service that the charge for removing the leaf guards was not $50 (per the Angie's big deal) but $50 per RUN of gutters (I had four, two on the house and two on the garage). We settled on $100 extra rather that $200.  The guys offered to replace a seal on two vent pipes on the roof at $89 each.  I thought the price was too high and declined.

"As for now I have no complaints all the repairs and work that was done has been satisfactory. Some of his prices are high but after I saw the work it was well worth it. I would definitely recommend him."

"He was professional from start to finish. We had a few delays due to product needing to be ordered but he was on time when he said he would be at our house. Ben, the owner did a large portion of the work himself and that really pleased us that he was so involved.
