They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"The work was excellent. Brian McCracken performed a walk-though with me and provided detailed written estimates for the interior and exterior work. He explained the options and costs for each of the tasks, and was prompt in scheduling the jobs. His teams are first rate. Communication is excellent and they leave the site clean and tidy each day. There was not a drip of stray stray paint anywhere during or after the jobs. I especially appreciated the interior service. They emptied the closets and replaced everything after as they went along. They also took down and rehung all of the pictures and moved furniture as necessary. They came back twice to make adjustments and the final outcome was exactly what i wanted. "The crew did an excellent job and were a great bunch of guys.  They were even kind enough to help me hang up a decoration on the front of the house before they left.  The process was delayed by almost 2 weeks due to weather and other issues.  Before I had even signed the contract to use them to replace the roof (which is the first service I used them for) they came out and looked at the places that were leaking and patched them up until the replacement could be done.  They worked in a neat and orderly fashion and cleaned up all of their mess.
