We are a small company that specializes in the creative make-over of existing spaces, and are working closely with the client at every step of the renovation process. Upon acceptance a down payment of 50% is needed to start the job. We document our work digital pictures that we e-mail to our client so he/she can see what we have done and has a documentation of our repairs or progress of the project. etc. This is particularly helpful to the client to see what has been done behind the walls or under the floor, and gives you peace of mind that we did our job properly. Members of Angie's list will receive a 15% discount if they mention this to us at the initial phone contact.
