Not only was his work impeccable, he was also a pleasure to have in our house. We had no concerns with Covid as everyone involved wore a mask and was super safe. JW Home ImprovementOur second floor ceilings were starting to fall down (neighbors already fell). We had them screw in the ceilings in three bedrooms and the hall as well as fix large vertical cracks in several rooms. They put screws in the ceilings a foot apart along all the joists. After they mudded and painted, the repairs are so clean you cannot even tell where they patched. I will admit they were not our cheapest bid but I am very glad we went with them.- Cathy G.

The craftsman (Chris) arrived on time, confirmed the work needed, departed to obtain the materials. Returned with the materials and worked the remainder of the day. His work was very precise and he paid attention details. No wasted material. Although the estimate was for 5 days, the project was completed in 3. JW Home ImprovementWe had some floorboards buckle in our basement due to an unknown source of water. Jeff Dahlgren was fantastic and very helpful in helping us figure out the problem and his repairs were great (after having to dig up concrete and cap off a mysterious open pipe that came out of nowhere). He also did some other things (repairing drywall, installing new fixture and faucet), was on time, professional, clean, and friendly. It's really hard to work in a home wearing a mask and keeping things clean and tidy during pandemic, minimizing disturbance for kids in virtual school, and we really appreciate that.- Vivian H.

It was a tough job. I had already done some wainscoting and will wood wall, finished it and wanted to make sure that they covered everything well to save me time later. There was some added complexity for where the seams would meet. I could not be more pleased with the work. It was great. Seams are perfect with the wood. Could not have asked for a better job. wanted some soundproofed drywall for the ceiling. This did not turn out as well as I had hoped. They added a premade double layer of drywall rather than the purple drywall to deaden sound. Still for the cost and experience of the crews, this job was great. I'd give it an A- or B+.

Called the company to get some information on the roof attic fan installations. I was told to pay $62 something so that someone can come in and provide me with an onsite estimation. They did say that it will be applied to the invoice if I choose to go ahead with their services. For someone who has done a lot of work should be familiar with some basic information of what I can be looking at, what kind of products would they be using etc before asking for a credit card. Very disappointed.

Appreciated the email reports updating me at the end of each day for the following morning. Diligent and efficiently they completed over 4 rooms within less than 5 days. Expect NCR prices, but there is no doubt the quality of the finished product will be worth it. Would hire again.

I had been struggling to find a firm to repair my bedroom ceiling drywall and replace insulation ik my attic after a major water leak from my roof. Robert & Son Construction responded to my inquiry within hours and came to my home the same day to give me a very reasonable estimate. They then scheduled the repair two days later and were in an out in less than 6 hours. My ceiling is pristine and looks like nothing ever happened! The patch isnt even discernable a d that was no small feat as it abutted a sprinkler line. Truly impressed with the workmanship and the customer service! The insulation they installed has even dramatically improved the temperature control in the room and they painted the ceiling and left the remaining product for me use without additional cost. They were professional, prompt, kept me up to date with everything along the way, and they did it all with smiles! Cannot recommend this company enough!!
