"I highly recommend Deck Buddy. Our screened porch (inside and out), deck and stairs were badly in need of cleaning and resealing. We had 4 different companies out here to quote the job. Deck Buddy was by *far* the most professional of the bunch, extremely competent and moreover pleasant to work with. They came exactly on time and were able to answer all my questions and were extremely knowledgeable about the work and the products/services they would use/perform. Their bid was neither the highest nor the lowest. Their service tech spent 3 days here cleaning, repairing, and refinishing our porch and deck. It looks like new. I am so pleased. We have attempted to do this work ourselves in the past, and paid to have it done by a different company once before, but never achieved the results Deck Buddy did. I should add, that when we paid to have this work done before, it did not seem like the other company applied very much product to the wood. This time, with Deck Buddy, you can see the wood is thoroughly sealed. Also, in comparison to our earlier experience, Deck Buddy took care to cover all my plants and also the house siding to protect from overspray. (Not protecting my plants was a problem with a different powerwashing company we hired once - my hostas were shredded - you have to watch out for this). Deck Buddy was extremely careful with everything and left no mess or debris behind, the porch and deck look great, the garden is unscathed. It was a job well done. Thank you!!!!"

Notably, he responded quickly to the initial request and then worked with our schedule to address the items dealing with the exterior deck, replacement of GFCIs and springs on the door leading to the garage. "Our decks were a problem from the start. We needed to re-surface both front decks and we wanted to use composite decking, but retain the original railing. NVD striped the railing and repainted it all, then they removed the old wood decking and replaced it with Timber Tec. While doing this, they discovered my old deck was NOT square. Danny and his crew did a EXCELLENT job replacing the decking, using a product they were unfamiliar with. While they were doing this, my wife and I wanted to add a "Dog Gate" to the project to keep our dogs on the deck. Danny came up with a custom roll out gate that was made to look like the same as the original railing. Honestly, when it's closed, you can't tell it's there. I think so much of NVD Construction, I had them roof my house the following month . I highly recommend NVD Construction."

"This company did an excellent job.  House, patio, step and walkway all look 100% better.  I was amazed at how clean they got the patio because it was extremely dirty, much more so than the house.  I was given an appointment for the following week the same  day I called them, which is significant to me since the other company I tried to use would not give me an appointment, telling me they would call the day before the service was to be performed.  The staff contacted me on the day of the appointment to let me know they would be postponing my appointment time to a little later in the day due to the sudden cold temperature change the night before which continued into the next morning when the work was scheduled to be done.  By the time I arrived at the house after work, the job was completed.  They did not damage any of the window or door screens and the yard was the same as before they came, i.e., no water or cleaning solution all over the place.  Also, their billing process was very convenient for me since I no longer live in the house; they sent the invoice via email and allowed me to mail the payment to them.
I highly recommend this company and plan to use them in the future when needed.

"Jorge, Jorge Jr. and their crew are a VERY professional outfit. After taking several estimates from the top-rated Angie's listed contractors in my area, I decided to go with George's Painting based not only on price(his estimate was about the median of all) but based on the very friendly, responsive and knowledgeable Jorge. He came onsite to do the estimate, and made me feel very confident in his crew's ability to do the job.
He impressed me with his knowledge of the process of cleaning and staining fences and decks.  Every question I had for him, he patiently answered. His group also did some minor carpentry work--replacing damaged fence boards and 4x4 deck posts-- Both performed to perfection. Jorge also stood out by mentioning that he preferred to use premium products so the job would last.
His crew was onsite promptly when promised (8:30 meant 8:30, not sometime around 10) Each crew member was courteous and professional. They worked quickly and did an excellent job.
Any time I had to contact Jorge (as we were working on the final scope of work, etc..) he responded in a VERY timely manner.
The end product is the BEST looking back yard in my town-home area.
