Deck Buddy was by *far* the most professional of the bunch, extremely competent and moreover pleasant to work with. They came exactly on time and were able to answer all my questions and were extremely knowledgeable about the work and the products/services they would use/perform. Their bid was neither the highest nor the lowest. Their service tech spent 3 days here cleaning, repairing, and refinishing our porch and deck. It looks like new. I am so pleased. I should add, that when we paid to have this work done before, it did not seem like the other company applied very much product to the wood. Also, in comparison to our earlier experience, Deck Buddy took care to cover all my plants and also the house siding to protect from overspray. (Not protecting my plants was a problem with a different powerwashing company we hired once - my hostas were shredded - you have to watch out for this). "They were very professional and took care not to track in any dirt in and out of the house.  After cleaning out  vents, they showed us where we had some mold and rust.  They recommended "mold remediation" which was approx $2,600.  We were unsure whether to do it, but based on fact that we have lived in house for 12 years and the house is 60 years old had it done.  Can't really comment on the quality of that work or whether we really needed it.
