We made an appointment for them to do the work. They showed up on time and finished the job within the estimated timeframe. During the process, they were very careful to protect our furnishings and other areas of the house. The area was thoroughly cleaned up when the job was complete. They did an excellent job and we are very pleased with our beautifully refinished hardwood floors. Fernando and Manuel were very professional from beginning to end and we plan to use them again once we're ready to refinish the floors in our other rooms."

"Treated myself to a Big Deal for $99 (6 hrs of cleaning, or 3hrs with 2 people). This is the 2nd time I’ve had someone clean my house, the previous time was also an Angie’s List Big Deal, about 2 years ago. I was so pleased with their services. Paula and her co-worker worked diligently and left my house sparkling. I have a split level home, about 1,500 square feet, occupied by 4 adults and a furry dog. When Paula arrived we discussed my priorities. They were the 3 bathrooms (one was especially in rough shape) and the kitchen. I told her anything else would be bonus as far as I was concerned. They did a great job with the bathrooms and the kitchen, and on top of that vacuumed the living/dining room, hallway & stairs, and mopped the tile floor in my family room. It was so wonderful to have this taken care of before the holiday season."

"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.
