He inspected the chimney top-to-bottom, took photos and clearly showed me what was wrong, how he would correct it, and the cost. He swept the chimney to remove creosote and ash and I readily agreed the evidence was there, so he proceeded to effect the repairs he suggested. After completion, he showed me the after photos, which clearly showed a professional job. I absolutely, 100% recommend Greg and Bad Ash Chimney Care for your chimney care and repair. "
