Downside was that the quote looked low based on his basic labor charge, and he added material and repair afterward. That made the price 2.5x the quoted price, which gave me some sticker shock. I would prefer seeing the bottom line price upfront. That being said, it was my error and the work was good. Just make sure you understand the true price before you sign."

The job was expected to take 7-10 days, and everything was completed within 10 days. The owner was very informative and easy to work with. When a change was requested with our trim and shutter colors, he made a suggestion as to one of the changes we discussed, and we were very pleased that we went with his suggestion. They powerwashed my house, painted the entire interior, fixed the drywall where it needed, painted and stained my front porch and stained my back deck. He even went above and beyond by reinstalling my railing that leads upstairs that was loose and installed a missing doorstop in one of the bathrooms! Very reasonable pricing and I would definitely recommend him to anyone! Thank you so much for doing such an awesome job my house looks amazing thanks to you and your company!!!"
