"We had an awesome experience with Wooldridge thanks to the electrician Greg Humphrey! Greg was thorough, pleasant, knowledgeable, and informative. We’d like for him to always be our service technician. Very pleased with the service. We are confident knowing that the Generac will work if there’s an outage."

"The most recent visit was for the annual check-up and service of a crawlspace lining, dehumidification and sump-pump system installed 8 years ago. The system has done a marvelous job of keeping the crawlspace dry and the annual service by well-trained technicians has been excellent."

"The contractors from freedom heating and Air were very fast and efficient with their work. They came in and took a look at what needed to be done. Took about 5 to 10 minutes to go get the equipment they needed and in less than a hour they were done. My wife and I are very pleased with the choice of hiring them to fix a leaky pipe that was leading to our gas furnace and the price for doing the job was well in our budget."

"Excellent. They made a great recommendation on what products to use, and completed the install quickly and carefully. Had water back in no time."

"Friendly and knowable workers. Came in, looked at problem, explained it to me and that was it. Removed horrible garbage disposal unit and redesigned plumbing so now I have two working sjnks. Very happy. Cleaned everything up and removed all garbage. Can't ask for more."

"Chris told me exactly how it would go and that it would take about 4 hours. Well he and his co-worker finished in about 2-1/2 hours, cleaned-up and hauled all boxes and old equipment off. Very professional, knowledgeable in a lot of different areas, and punctual (shows-up on-time or calls to explain why he can't be there i.e. weather). I would definitely hire this service(s) again."

"Our technician, Dameyan Jackson, called the night before the day of service to let me know the time that he would be here to service our system. On Friday, he called to let me know that he was available to come earlier than scheduled, if I would like. He arrived shortly after the phone call, came in and quickly recognized that the pump had failed. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I was very pleased with his service and look forward to him returning to install a new pump."

"The overall service was fantastic. He basically had to redo the whole plumbing system. It was a very complex job, another plumber had somethings incorrect. Once he was done everything is working perfectly."
