"The company sent someone out quickly. He assessed the problem and offered a couple of different options (repair or replace). We discussed the pros and cons of each option as well as the cost. Our house has two heat pumps and he also checked the second one. He recommended replacement because both units were the same age. Installation was quick and the crew was very professional. Several weeks later, one of the units would not run. We contacted the company and they sent someone out immediately. A wire had come loose preventing the unit from coming on. The problem was easily resolved and there was no service charge for the visit. Overall this was a great experience and we would definitely hire them again."
