I called O-line Chimney and they came to the property within 24hrs to take a look and gave me an estimate within 20 minutes. "Called at 9 am to get an estimate, arrived the SAME DAY an hour later. Inspected 3 different flues for cleaning and determined that they were in great shape and did not need to be serviced. Installed 3 caps. The whole process took about 4 hours from the initial call to payment. A couple of things worth noting about this company, aside from the quick turn-around on the work. Johhny Mack, the owner's son, is very polite and honest. He probably could have told me my flues needed cleaning and charged me for moving a brush around. I wouldn't have known. The home is a 100 years old and I would have believed him. He also did not have a new cap for one of the smaller flues, but found a slightly used one in his shop and basically installed it at cost. He also reviewed basic fire safety with me, and advised me on several safety issues in my home, not in an attempt to sell me fire extinguishers, just as good advice."
