We had a leak emergency with the leader pipe and they came the same day and when the leak needed more fixing they came back and assured us that if we still had trouble after the next down pour they would be back until the problem is fully resolved.

Thomas and his crew arrived earlier than expected, but that was a non issue. Thomas was honest and straightforward with his estimates and recommendations on what was needed and what wasn't. I was told am trying to get the job done for free just for asking if you give a senior discount. I ask the worker to come back and fix the problem he did. Only some and Have not finished it. Their response was very quick, as was their ability to act quickly to provide repairs. Easy to work with. Only time will tell if the work in fact solved the source of the leak, but they were well-informed in their work and seemed confident they identified the problem. Only down side is roof workers trekked some sealant inside my house that I had to clean up.
