"Peter arrived at agreed on time, went over the three areas (remove brushy weeds, weedeat, clean weeds from around propane tank and clean up residue.) It took 3 hours on a hot humid day using cuutters for thumb thick brush and a tarp to collect cuttings. He did it well and even picked up trash blown out of passing vehicles without being asked or told to do so. I plan on using him again as I am 77 and not able to do this type of yardwork any more."

He did a better job solo than I have experienced with hiring a company who sent out multiple guys (who not only did a *very* poor job, they were more interested in suggesting additional work that cost 4x more than the initial fix, which I ended up finishing myself-no thanks). I highly recommend Blake-he is honest, reasonably priced, and does a fantastic, thorough job. Additionally, if you are not sure of the best route to go, he goes above and beyond by listening to challenges, presenting effective solutions, and promptly responds/provides detailed follow-through w/clearly explaining all phases of the job.
