"Very well, Very prompt response to request for estimate. Open about process, notified when all the parts were in, called ahead to see if they could come early. Plumber was upfront that he was a plumber and not a phone app expert. Installed shut off valve and took me through all the ways we could bypass if system ever failed. Fast."

"Fantastic job! Had a half bath turned into a full bath which required extending walls and drilling into foundation for new plumbing. Scary stuff in an older house. Remi did an expert job on every detail. I absolutely love the new bathroom. They handled all the work and all I had to do was pick out fixtures and colors.
