"Done as it should be done.  Eric arrived as scheduled.  Did each of the items on the maintenance schedule.  Clearly knew what he was doing.  Showed me how to pump the fuel if the generator had trouble starting.  Showed ingenuity in removing a stuck part, which saved a 20+ mile round trip drive for a different tool.
