"Complete bathroom remodel. Started job on time. Competitive pricing for scope of work. Demolition of bathroom, removing bathtub, vanity, wall cabinets, lighting, commode, wall and floor tile. Installed new floor and wall tiles, vanity, lighting and mirror, moved plumbing and electrical as needed, installed new plug outlet, installed new light and fan switches, installed new commode, built walk in tiled shower (no tub) with grab bars, relocated and installed new fixtures, painted complete bathroom and door. He replaced the decking on my existing deck with new premium pressure-treated wood, and I am extremely pleased with the finished result. From the beginning, Muhammad was patient with all of my questions and took the time to explain the materials and installation process. He provided a detailed written scope of work, used 20-foot boards cut to fit so the deck could be installed with continuous boards and no seams, used CAMO hidden fasteners, applied protective joist tape, and addressed damaged wood he found once the old decking was removed. What impressed me especially was his attention to detail and his willingness to work with what I wanted rather than trying to talk me into something different. He and his crew were professional, careful, and left the area clean when the work was completed. The new deck looks beautiful, and the workmanship so far has exceeded my expectations."

"Devin Nasvaderani and his crew at Marvel Homes transformed a 1950s-era galley kitchen into an inviting and open kitchen/dining room. The project had many parts and space was limited, but it was finished on time and on budget thanks to the crew's competence, creativity and attention to detail. Devin managed to conceal a waste water pipe against a wall with some judicious cutting of a cabinet and tweaking of the tile back splash, he turned a living room closet on the other side of a kitchen wall into a pantry, and rerouted air vents that had  been inside the wall that separated the kitchen from the dining room. He worked with vendors including Cabinet Discounters, ABW appliances, Mosaic Tile and ABKA Marble & Granite to ensure the project stayed on track. And he dealt swiftly with glitches, replacing a dinged sink and a scratched drawer front.. A job well done."
