"We wanted to try a local contractor and came across Evergreen by chance.  It was an excellent experience.  Thad was knowledgeable and professional and easy to work with.  The crew was exactly the same.  Nice, respectful, competent.  The worked around my crazy schedule as we had other improvements going on.  They had a slight delay in getting the generator as there was a back order, but called and let us know and we worked around it.  Laurie in the office was equally good and kept us in communication on details or things to do and schedule etc.  I could not be more happy with the experience on such a big purchase.  They were always accommodating and helpful.  The Generator and switch were high quality and I think the price was fair.  They even did some easy side things for us for no charge.  We will definitely use them again soon to install an attic fan."

"EXCELLENT!!! Based on other reviews, I reached out to Paradise to troubleshoot an issue with flickering lights. I was shocked when Tim offered to troubleshoot the issue for free, despite estimating it could take 1.5-2 hours. Tim was prompt (even called to let me know he was running a few minutes late), wore a mask (COVID), was courteous, and determined the issue really quickly. He entertained answering all of my electrical questions, came up with the best path forward to resolving the issue, and provided a very reasonable quote for repairs. I will definitely be having him complete the recommended repairs! It is hard to find tradespeople like Tim in DC; available, knowledgeable, friendly, and, most importantly, a professional who takes pride in his work. If you have a need for an electrician, you must call Paradise Construction."

"It went well.  The light that he installed in the closet I bought at home depot.  The installation in the closet went quickly but he had to move some things around in the attic.  The switch on  the wall is further away than I would like and I don't know if that was a time factor as it was an Angie's List big deal with a finite amount of time.  He put the switch with 2 other switches on the wall a little farther away from the closet than is ideal.  When he moved some things around; in the attic, he left a bit of a mess.  However, I was pleased with the work.  He worked quickly and came when he was scheduled.  I would have preferred in retrospect that I insisted on the switch for the closet light be installed inside the closet. It would be much more convenient.
