From the initial consultation to final walkthrough everything went smoothly and pretty seamlessly. Erkay is a fabulous project manager and was available onsite daily to assist Ismar and team as well as field any questions (even by text). Ismar and his team tackled everything from demo, tub installation, tile, plumbing, countertop installation, cabinet installation, hardware installation PERFECTLY. Those are some of the hardest working guys I have ever seen. I was impressed daily. Everything turned out amazing, we can’t wait to have them back to do another bathroom. Highly recommend. Cost is about on point with what it should be."

"Brought these guys in when the job was half finished by a relative who had been at it for 3 1/2 months.  The estimate was that it would take four days - it did.  They came when they said they would and cleaned up after themselves each day.  They pointed out imperfections in the wall that would need to be fixed before they could do the job properly.  Other tilers had missed this detail.  All that is left is for the glass enclosurre to be installed and they recommended the right people for that as well.  They are great to work with, exhibit integrity and character, and the results will not disappoint you.  What's not to love!

"I wanted to upgrade my Master bath and boy did I ever! I had Gary and his crew at REO-SERVICEPRO gut my standard bathroom to a dual shower, steam sauna and spa! They put in new tile and added body sprays, heated floor, and towel warmer. It was my dream bathroom and REO-SERVICEPRO made it a reality. "I needed a ceiling fan installed and several other companies would not give me a price over the phone but instead said they would charge a fee (anywhere from $28 to $35) to come out and see how much work was involved. If you say you need a ceiling fan installed in a bedroom and they'd have to pull it down from the attic, I think any reputable company should at least be able to quote an approximate price over the phone. When I called Rick Thompson Electric he told me exactly what it would cost ($250) and that's exactly what I paid.
Everything was excellent from initial communication to end of the job. They let me know when the guys were on their way, they showed up on time, and it only took approximately one hour to complete the job. They were very thorough in their work and also cleaned up the drywall before they left. Very professional from start to finish -- I highly recommend this company and would hire them again in a heartbeat!

"Steve from Cody Malone was phenomenal. Not only did he expertly install new lighting (heavy stuff, too!) but offer clever suggestions on how to add new wiring to install a new light over our kitchen stove, install new wiring and new light over our fireplace, add new wiring for a new outdoor light on our deck, and install new outdoor landscape lighting. Oh, he also repair/replaced our fluorescent lights in our basement that were intermittently going on and offer. I would hire Steve in a heartbeat for any electrical job. He really knows his stuff and his pricing was fair if not the best for the fantastic job that he did."

"Fantastic! Devin and his team remodeled three of the four bedrooms in my townhouse in Clarendon: the first about four years ago and the other two bathrooms two years ago. He also built me a new closet in the master bedroom. The entire experience was amazing. The work is top quality - years later it still looks perfect and I have not had any problems - and his team is polite, professional, timely and they left my home spotless when they left. And since the work has been completed, Devin has helped me with little issues for free whenever I needed help. He is truly a talented professional and a stellar person. "Jose and his team remodeled our master bathroom. They removed the existing tile, tub, and shower and installed a walk in shower, They needed to move the plumbing for the shower and vanity, install a new tile floor, build the shower, install tile for the shower floors, walls, and two niches. They also, repaired all the walls and painted the entire room. Their craftsmanship on the tile work, drywall work, and painting is the best that I have seen. They did an incredible job. They were very professional. They arrived on time every day. Jose is an excellent communicator and took the time to explain any options throughout the project. They put protective material down on all the floors leading to the bathroom and setup a plastic barrier each day to contain the dust. At the end of every day, they cleaned up their work area so that the construction materials and tools were limited to the bathroom itself. We had compete access to the rest of the master bedroom. Very highly recommended and I would not hesitate to contract with Munoz Construction again."

"Even though we had some unavoidable funky scheduling challenges because of our current COVID-19 situation, which resulted in the project taking longer than expected, we are very happy with the process, the cost and the end result. We had Resurrection Builders fully renovate our bathroom, including change vanity to pedestal and move the plumbing; move electrical outlet and replace exhaust fan; replace the tub and change the full wall to a knee wall; install wall and floor tiles; repaint; and swap out all of the accessories (faucet, towel racks, etc.). They also fixed a long standing problem I had on my carport and front porch by adding a safety rail and replacing old trellises with new supports. Both look absolutely fabulous! Nelson did an awesome job every step of the way. Both Ryan and Nelson were great about communicating with us and each other. When we are ready to do our second bathroom, I definitely plan to reach out to Resurrection Builders."
