"David Sirekis was hired to repair a leak coming from my shower. He had to open up the ceiling to make the repair and then he replaced the ceiling, 2 days later and the leak continued. So he had to reopen ceiling to repair leak again. That was 2 years ago and the leak is back in the same spot. I hired someone else because it was not done correctly after his 2 tries. It appears he replaced a pvc pipe which had to be shaved to be able to fit the new drywall to cover opening. It also appears the original pvc shower base drain was not replaced during his repair and it had been there since home was built in 1999. It appears that if he replaced the original pvc shower drain and sealed it better this could have been avoided. "

"Juan and his crew did an amazing job! From start to finish I had no problems! Juan was professional, on time, honest, and extremely knowledgeable! Juan helped with great suggestions after describing my idea to him during the free estimate. He communicated when the rain storms kept delaying my project and didn't try to start the job knowing a bad storm was on the way. He cares more about the final outcome than just getting the job done. Juan and his crew are meticulous! They paid attention to every detail. He pitched my driveway just right! No more puddles and I absolutely love the final outcome! "From the inspection for an estimate through our goodbye at the end of the project, I don't think we could have asked for a more thorough, friendly, and hard-working contractor. Ellis and his assistant arrived on time the morning of the install and worked pretty much for 8 hours without a break. They were fastidious in their neatness and constantly cleaned up after themselves, vacuuming after each stage of demo/install, and made sure they had everything looking perfect when they left. They were friendly without being too chatty, respected our privacy, our house, and our pets. Would highly recommend to anyone. Price was very fair. Work was A+."

"A Home Renovation LLC (Owner: Javier) ​Overall Rating: 2 out of 5 Stars (DO NOT RECOMMEND) ​I hired A Home Renovation LLC for a porch renovation, which included a smaller, agreed-upon auxiliary job. While the project was completed, the experience was deeply unsatisfactory due to both subpar workmanship in highly visible areas and the highly unprofessional and belligerent behavior of the owner, Javier. ​Issues with Professionalism and Communication ​Javier is exceptionally challenging and argumentative to work with. His communication was defined by open hostility, sarcasm, and dismissal of customer input. ​Argumentative and Dismissive: He was openly hostile to basic customer questions and input. When questioned, he repeatedly reminded me that he had "been doing this work 10 years," using his asserted experience to dismiss any concern or design preference I had. ​Rude and Disproportionate: When I politely requested an itemized receipt, his immediate, disproportionate response was: "Jesus Christ you told me at my earliest convenience. I'm working on it. I've been busy." This established a tone of disrespect for the entire engagement. ​Excusing Poor Quality: When a flaw in the completed work was pointed out, Javier’s response was, "you get what you pay for," suggesting low quality was justified despite our agreed-upon contract price. ​Contractual Obligation Treated as a "Favor": He treated the small, agreed-upon extra job as a personal favor rather than a commitment under our contract. ​Critical Workmanship and Material Damages ​The structural work was adequate, but the final, highly visible details suffered from poor execution and damaged materials. ​Poor Workmanship: The final detailing includes uneven cuts and poor finishes in prominent areas. ​Material Damage: We noted several critical material damages upon final inspection: ​Cracked stair post tubing. ​The hand railing running down the stairs is badly scratched. ​A new white handrail has a noticeable black stain on the bottom. ​Conclusion ​Had Javier been willing to engage respectfully, I might have been able to overlook minor imperfections. However, his belligerent attitude, combined with noticeable flaws and material damage, makes this unacceptable. ​I now require that all noted issues, including specific poor workmanship and material damages, be corrected immediately or that I be reimbursed for the cost of professional repairs. Due to Javier's conduct, A Home Renovation LLC has lost any opportunity for future projects I had planned. I strongly advise others to look elsewhere unless you can handle the disrespect."

"Martin was great - he was sharp and knew his stuff. He listened carefully and provided sound direction where needed. He was very responsive and provided clean, detailed drawings that I was able to get through permitting with few revisions. All at a reasonable price. Would highly reccomend."

"Chris did a great job. He responded quickly to my inquiry and gave me a reasonable estimate for the small hole in my ceiling that I needed repaired. In fact, I think he under priced the job. The clean up after both steps was excellent. We had one minor miscommunication regarding the second phase, but the job was completed in good time within my availability. "

"If I could give zero stars I would! We had the most HORRIBLE experience with Christan/Nighthawk!!! We had a 3 phase home addition that was to be done in 6 months. It took 11 months and he only made it thru phase 2. He took our money then proceeded to only show up once a week for most of the project!! He left our roof off - exposing our home to extensive damage that he ignored - for 3 MONTHS!!!! He claimed we were a priority project to him and yet never showed up. And to add insult to injury the work he did was AWFUL! Framing was left exposed to the elements so long it grew mold (that we had to treat on our own dime) and the inside framing was so wrong that we had to rip it down and fix on our own. Beware of a sheep in wolfs clothing. Christian talks a good game and you'll believe he is a good guy/business man but he did us sooooo wrong!!! All I can say is do not make the same mistake we did - go with someone else!!!!"
