From the inspection for an estimate through our goodbye at the end of the project, I don't think we could have asked for a more thorough, friendly, and hard-working contractor. Ellis and his assistant arrived on time the morning of the install and worked pretty much for 8 hours without a break. They were fastidious in their neatness and constantly cleaned up after themselves, vacuuming after each stage of demo/install, and made sure they had everything looking perfect when they left. They were friendly without being too chatty, respected our privacy, our house, and our pets. Would highly recommend to anyone. Price was very fair. Work was A+.

Mr. Ellis went above and beyond what I had asked him to do - I needed a shut off valve installed for a gas dryer and new copper piping for a refrigerator - I did not expect him to also connect the appliances, since Sears had free installation as long as those two issues were resolved. Mr. Ellis connected the appliances and even adjusted the refrigerator to make it level. He also charged much less than the other estimates I was given, and charged exactly what he estimated - I had expected him to charge more because it took longer than I expected. He is fair and honest and I would call on him again if I needed any more work done. lisa g

great! showed up as planned. and completed work in time at a good price, and cleaned up the mess.

Professional, personable, and does excellent work. Ran electric line from box to new dishwasher and hooked up drainage and water source valve in 1 day. There was no dishwasher, this was adding into existing cabinets. Clean looking install all around. I will be calling Mr Ellis in the future!

I received a phone call from Craig the same day I filled out the service magic form online. He came the next day to look at what needed to be done. He knew right away what was required to install the cooktop. He ordered the parts, came to the house, finished the job with such great quality and so quickly that I was amazed. I had another contractor before him that was referred to me by homedepot...he had no clue, never showed up, and had me waiting for a month. Craig was such a pleasure to work with, returning phone calls promptly and extremely RELIABLE which is rare in this buisness. Thanx Craig for a job well done...
