While CSI wasn't the cheapest on our list of home inspection and radon testing quotes, the cost was more than reasonable for the level of service that we received. Ron, our home inspector, was fantastic! He arrived early, and I don't think he could have been more thorough than he was! He was very friendly and personable, and was more than willing to answer our questions during the inspection. He went through the entire home with a fine toothed comb! He pointed out defects that he found, and explained things in detail. He also highlighted the positive things he found. Used a drone to inspect the roof and chimney, and thermal imaging to check for hidden moisture. I feel like we have an excellent idea of the condition of the property we are buying, which has done a lot in making us feel more comfortable! The report we receiced within 24 hours was professional and clearly written with appropriate photos attached. Will certainly recommend to others, and will use them for any future home inspection needs we have!"

"We were very impressed by 5th Gen -- both management and the men who came on-site to do work. We just purchased a new home and had a lengthy list of jobs to do -- most relatively small, but a bunch of them! Paul (project manager/superintendent) worked with us to help us understand what each project would entail. As first time home-owners, this is all a bit new, and I appreciated that he took the time to explain things to us in a lot of detail. He also helped triage the projects so the more disruptive, interior work was all finished prior to our move-in. The one bigger project we did was screening in our back porch.
