Super CleanWe’ve just moved into a house that the previous owners left in unsanitary conditions :( . I prefer to support small businesses, and I found Maria’s contact info on Angi.com. She had the BEST reviews. Maria and her teammate, Zuma, came in and conquered cleaning my kitchen and two bathrooms. They did an amazing job. They worked so hard, are very detail-oriented, and they care so much about what they do. Maria and Zuma took their time, communicated well about their findings during the entire process, and wore all PPE, including shoe covers to help keep our floors and carpets sanitary while they worked. They use great quality cleaning & disinfecting products also, such as Ecolab products! I am so grateful for their work, and I will definitely continue to support this business! I have had experience with other cleaning companies, but they were not as committed to their work and not as friendly as Ruth and her staff. Wonder experience each time they come out to clean. I posted an ad on Angie and was contacted immediately by the owner of “Do Dirty” services. I supplied some information about the home I needed to be cleaned and was quoted $350.00 for the service fee. I accepted the offer and we set up a date. When the owner arrived we did a walk through and I pointed out everything I was looking to have cleaned and organized and I left as I had other business to tend to. Upon returning, the house was indeed noticeably cleaner and smelled great; however, the proof is always in the detail. Upon initial inspection I was satisfied, as time went on I find more and more areas that were not cleaned. 1. The top of the refrigerator. 2. The top the washer and dryer. 3. The bottom cabinets where the trash cans are placed. 4. The trash cans (garbage and recycling) were not emptied. 5. Some of the walls still had dust on them. 6. Some of the light fixtures still had dust on them. 7. Certain areas of the floor were not swept. 8. Area under the beds were not swept. 9. The bottom side of the living room glass was not cleaned. The list goes on, but those are some of the things I can immediately recall. I contacted the owner and sent pictures every time I found something and I can honestly say that she did offer to come back and rectify the problem(s). However, as I found more and more issues my level of frustration grew and I did not want her back in my house. During a conversation with the owner I was told that she was not aware that there was furniture in the home so it made her job harder. Not only is that a poor excuse, but before any services were rendered we did a walk through and I was assured that there were no issues. Alas, the excuses always come when there is no accountability. When you pay for a service, you expect to have that service fulfilled. Overall, the vast majority of what I needed done was done - there was just areas here and there that I had to spend time fixing. Time that I don’t have, which is why I outsourced the responsibility of cleaning. I will say that the owner showed up on time, is accessible, and maintains professionalism. Would I recommend this business? Yes, I would to some degree - some people have better experiences than others. Would I use this business again? No, I would not.
