He was on time, wore a mask, took off his shoes, was polite, honest & professional ..He could had told me that I needed a whole new chimney liner, like A Step In Time ,told me last year..However, he repaired what I needed..I will tell all my neighbors..We all have chimneys.

These guys made it easy for me to get an appointment during their busy time. They were prompt and worked efficiently. They gave me an estimate of what needed to be done and were very fair in pricing. The service gentlemen were polite and knowledgeable. They answered all of my questions and emailed me completed pictures of what they had done. I haven't received such top notch service in a long time.

Matt and Brett were efficient, timely, and friendly. They inspected and cleaned our wood burning fireplace. They even provided pictures of our fireplace inside and outside.

Awesome customer service, quick response times rather be via email, phone, text and scheduling appointment, honest and fair pricing. I will definitely be using Chimney USA in the future and highly recommend to anyone needing Chimney inspection, cleaning or repairs.

Unfortunately, none of the above categories include chimney or fireplaces. So I had to use an incorrect category in which to post this review. Matt and his team at Chimney USA, LLC did a tremendous job repairing our chimney that has constantly leaked water into our fireplace for years. He finally determined the cause of the leakage and repaired it. Matt's professionalism, response time, and integrity are exemplary! I cannot recommend him and his team more highly!

Chimney USA was the right choice. I met Brett in our neighborhood one day doing a chimney repair. He was on another job and took time out to explain some things that I required regarding my chimney. He presented his card to me and I advised him he might be hearing from me. I called the office a few weeks later and scheduled an appointment with another gentleman and owner Matt. He also was very pleasant and easy to work with. Brett came out and installed a stainless steel chase cover, and cleaned the interior of the fireplace. He also repainted my fire box. After completion, everything looked brand new and was ready for this winter. He cleaned everything up with no issues. Brett displays a very professional manner about him. His skills, abilities, and knowledge far exceeded my expectations. If you want quality workmanship place a call to them. You will not be sorry. I might also add that Matt another technician came out prior to the original day Brett was here and gave me an estimate and inspected the interior. The prices were within reason and they offer a discount. After completion, Brett called upon another resident that I referred. Keep up the great work. Respectfully, Capt.D.

An honest businessman and very skilled. After a thorough inspection of the wood stove and chimney, Matt advised that the additional cleaning that I thought was needed would not be necessary. He explained safety precautions. Overall he saved me several hundred dollars. Service call was reasonable.

They did an excellent job, I was very pleased with them. Very friendly, answered all my questions, showed me what the problem was, he was even able to show me pictures of the situation. I was vey pleased with how well he was able to explain everything to me. Very patient and very Honest. He also cleaned up after himself.
