"I requested move in and move out service. The initial conversations were clear. The day of conversations were clear. The quote was clear. The work that was done was not clear that they understood the assignment, they missed hours worth of cleaning which they said they would take care of on a move for me across the state. The cleaning took place on a Thursday and I got down there on a Sunday to see the result I took countless pictures of the baseboards and trim work that were not touched. there was grease and grin in the kitchen and on the stove I paid additional for. The Company contact said there was nothing they could do about it because it wasn't within 24 hours per the contract, but they could send out someone at a 20% discount to do the work that was missed. I let them know that was a convenient clause for people who are moving and cannot always be there within 24 hours. The offer to come back at 20% off was insulting and no cash compensation has been offered. I paid 675 including a good faith tip and give it a 2 out of 5. Now I'm in quite a pickle having to do all of this myself."

She had her own cleaning business and it just passed down along to me. I have five children that I take care of by myself and I also take care of my grandmother so is more convenient for me to be able to set my own hours that’s why I restarted my mom’s cleaning business and made it my own I’m still in the process of trying to pay for my LLC. "I had hire them to remove wood from a deck that we had torn down. The wood was already stacked at the road neatly. This wood would have easily fitted into the bed of a standard pickup. He showed up in a small Toyota/ Ranger style trucks. He only took about a third of the wood. Did not say that he was leaving or that he was coming back nothing at all. I am very upset with this companys performance and professionalism. I had received an estimate from another company for the same price but choose to go thru Angis list because I thought I would be better protected. Senior citizen taken advantage of."
