McKown Pressure Wash & Painting

Superb job, I could not have asked for a more thorough cleaning. It exceeded my expectations in every way. I know I had paid more for McKown than others, but this was well worth the price!

AWFUL!!! They killed our plants, even after i asked on their facebook page, and through a message, and over the phone if it was plant and pet safe. They told me yes.. Obviously NOT. The guy showed up not in a marked truck, it didnt say the company name on it. Missed spots all on the back side of the house.. I have an outdoor outlet that has two extension cords running to the coop for fans. I walked back there and everything with him, it slipped my mind to unplug them.. Later about evening time i noticed the fans werent on. so i went to check the cords thinking maybe they got unplugged . nope. i tried to reset it, nope didnt work, so i figure maybe let it dry a day, Went to try again today and my outdoor outlet is NOT working still. So Do not use this company unless you want dead plants, have to hire an electrician for your outlets outside, and hire someone else to finish the job. I tried multiple times to call and no one picked up the phone. I am really really disappointed. I am so tired of people not doing their job correctly or fully. and after i asked THREE times about the chemicals to make sure they were plant safe. I attached some pictures, some you have to zoom in to see the dirt that is still left there. dirt still on the house, dead plants, and a broken outlet outside :(

Beautiful job. Their hot water equipment makes a huge difference in dirt removal. Would use them for any project requiring power washing.

The two-man crew was on-time and was completely professional. Their prep work was flawless and they applied two coats of high-quality paint on all surfaces. The work took three days, interrupted by weather. We are delighted with the results and will bring them back for more indoor painting.

Technician arrived on time; discussed in detail what was going to be done. Fast, efficient service. Hot water wash does a superb cleaning. Would highly recommend to anyone needing a professional exterior cleaning. Looks as good as new. No damage to screen windows.

They were wonderful, courteous, and thoughtful. They were really the best and cleaned up after the services were completed. They even helped me pick out the paint colors. I would use them again.

McKown was very quick to respond to my request and equally fast completing the job. My siding was soiled on the North side of the house and gutters were very dirty. They take a credit card first as a guarantee before work is started. I came home to a clean house, my gutters looked new as did my window sills and my house smelled of bleach - inside and out. I walked around my back yard to close the gate I left open and noticed several long blue stains running down my vinyl siding and lots of light brown stains on all sides. McKown charged my credit card without notice, not too big of a deal, and sent me an invoice requesting I leave a review. I notified them my house was stained so they asked I wait for rain to clean the stains off, again not too big of a deal. When rain did not fix my problem I notified them and they sent someone out. Apparently this person took a rag and cleaned the blue stains off my siding, leaving more marks, but did nothing for all the tan ones all over my house. Overall my house is cleaner, from the street, but if you look up close you can see all the stains. They were inexpensive but their technicians are not very detailed in their work.

It went great. The company scheduled me in a very timely manner. Everyone was friendly, professional, punctual, and concerned about doing high quality work. I am extremely pleased by the work that was done and will definitely call them again for any future work that I need to have done.

I employed McKown to pressure wash my home in May 2017. I had used their services for the same thing once in the past. I was highly satisfied then and it was nice to see their standards had not dropped one iota. Fair price to clean my two story home, arrived on time, professional, and quick. While they were there, I had them give me a quote for pressure washing my very dirty back yard concrete patio. The price was very reasonable, I accepted, and when complete, it looked nearly as good as the day the concrete was laid. I will definitely use them again and have no qualms recommending them to others.

Dormers look better. Still some debris on the sides that I figured would come down with the first hard rain, but it has not worked out like that.

I have been skeptical of hiring a painter because of past problems. I can say l have finally found the best of the best. Robert, Jay and Rusty did a great job. They spent two days and it was worth every minute. They were prompt, professional and thorough.

It went very well. They were on time, did the job, and I will use them again.

Outstanding! The office was quick to return my call and schedule my appointment. Dan showed up exactly when scheduled and quickly went to work. Cleaned the outside of the gutters, the soffit and fascia, and the siding. Will definitely use them again.
