They listened and were open to what I wanted changed and fixed during the process.
Duane was my project manager and was easy to contact, easy to talk to, explained in detail.
Matt kept check on the drying process and even checked in on Saturdays! When he discovered the asbestos, he went right to work on what needed to be done and who to contact. Pieces were sent to the lab to verify and the area was contained and sealed properly.

All work was covered under/by my insurance company, and United Restoration was a recommended source by my insurance company. The pricing I estimated to be "fair" for the work previously estimated by insurance adjustors ( I do believe the pricing would be cheaper for same work if NOT done under insurance claim .....my own opinion ).
The overall quality of the work performed was excellent, with attention given to details. The ktr was very professional, and courteous. The ktr catered to the homeowner at all times. Ktr was very flexible and agreeable with the work schedule, and considerate to work around the homeowner's "family" morning schedule.
Overall I was very satisfied with United Restoration and would use them again for similar work.

"United Restoration appreciate's all feed back both good and bad, in this case I must explain the situation from our side. At the time of this job, we had 2 companies out of one office. The customer was a regular with our sister company, Atlantic ChemDry, so when her carpets were damaged by sewage she called Atlantic for a cleaning. IICRC standards do not allow for cleaning of black water- it was a job bigger than just carpet cleaning. This was explained to the customer, in addition to sending out our sister company United Restoration which was certified, trained and equipped to handle her job. She was also instructed to contact her insurance company regarding the loss. So yes she was referred to another company but only because a simple cleaning wouldn't suffice in this situation. As for the price, United uses an estimating program state regulated and approved by the insurance company. United performs the work based on the insurance allowed pricing and in this case, the only out of pocket money would be the customers insurance deductible. I apologize for any confusion the dual companies may have caused and the dissatisfaction of the customer. We strive to make every customer a happy customer and again we appreciate the feed back, We have since closed Atlantic ChemDry, so the confusion between company s has been resolved for future customers, United will use this review to change an modify procedures to ensure future success and happy customers."
