United Restoration performed the mitigation work for our home insurance claim earlier this year. A crew was on site within a couple hours of our call and immediately began drying out the affected areas. Because of United Restoration's swift response, the water damage was minimized; no mold or mildew developed. Every employee we encountered, from technician to the office to the project manager, conducted him/herself in the utmost professional manner. United Restoration cleaned up after the job was done. Communication was responsive and constant throughout the process. We highly recommend this honest and competent company to anyone in need of mitigation or repair work in their home or business!

Work was not completed all the way and there were damages done while some of the work was done. This small job ended up taking 4 to 5 months, and after some repairs were done, there was still a leak in the roof that damaged some of the new materials. We ended up letting them go and having the work done by someone else.

This company is awesome and amazing. I highly recommend you call them if you need help with storm damage, fire damage, mold damage or water damage to your home. This company can do it all, even new construction. This locally owned and operated company has an emergency response team available 24/7 every day of the year to respond quickly to your emergency. They will work with your insurance company to restore your home as quickly as possible. A neighbor's tree fell across power lines and caused damage to my house. I had never experienced something of this nature and really didn't know how to proceed. My first inclination was to repair the damages myself but when I climbed on my roof and into my attic I felt the job was more than I could handle. I called my insurance company, since the house was livable and water wasn't getting inside the house they took a couple of days to send an adjustor out to inspect the damage. The adjustor told me the next step was to call someone to repair the damage. I asked for some suggestions but he said he could not ethically recommend any particular company. While driving to work the previous day I had noticed a United Restoration van on the road. From the wording on the van it looked like it could be a company to call to repair my house. I snapped a picture of the van with my phone so I showed the picture to the insurance adjustor and asked him if he was familiar with them. He said he had worked with them before so I looked them up on Angie's List. They had an "A" rating so I gave them a call. I had phone contact and some email communications with United Restoration and everyone I dealt with was very friendly and professional. The job turned out not to be a very big one but they made the repairs in a timely manner and did an excellent job for way under the estimate. They also took care to clean up the mess and even left me with some of the excess shingles and wood they didn't use. I really appreciate everyone I dealt with from the office personnel to the field manager Dwayne Bowman who even gave me his cell number to call after hours to Jim and Gordy who performed the repairs. Each and every one of them was a pleasure to deal with and relieved the pressure I felt from a stressful situation. Thank you, United Restoration.

Couldn't ask for better service! Easy to contact - I was given two numbers to directly call or text to keep in touch. They continually checked during the drying process, were expedient with the removal of the asbestos, and once construction of new began, it was quick.
They listened and were open to what I wanted changed and fixed during the process.
Duane was my project manager and was easy to contact, easy to talk to, explained in detail.
Matt kept check on the drying process and even checked in on Saturdays! When he discovered the asbestos, he went right to work on what needed to be done and who to contact. Pieces were sent to the lab to verify and the area was contained and sealed properly.

Work performed and accomplished to repair water damage to ceiling areas in the family room of my home. Dry Wall ceiling repair related effort (including crown molding removal and fan/light removal, and protective coverings ) was started at 9AM and completed by 3PM. Ceiling cured over a weekend (3 days). Painting efforts (including protective coverings, and reinstall of crown molding and fan/light) scheduled the following week, started at 9AM and finished by 1:30PM. Carpet cleaning started at 1:30PM and finished by 3PM (included rearrangement of furniture back to original positions).
All work was covered under/by my insurance company, and United Restoration was a recommended source by my insurance company. The pricing I estimated to be "fair" for the work previously estimated by insurance adjustors ( I do believe the pricing would be cheaper for same work if NOT done under insurance claim .....my own opinion ).
The overall quality of the work performed was excellent, with attention given to details. The ktr was very professional, and courteous. The ktr catered to the homeowner at all times. Ktr was very flexible and agreeable with the work schedule, and considerate to work around the homeowner's "family" morning schedule.
Overall I was very satisfied with United Restoration and would use them again for similar work.

Upstairs toilet leaked and flooded tiled bath. Water leaked through ceiling. Water was running through kitchen ceiling fan. Water pooled on hardwood floor in kitchen. United Restoration was referred to us through our homeowners insurance company. They were prompt. Rance Ruiz handled all the details and kept us informed of situation. All damages were taken care of and our house looks great.

Chad and his crew commenced tearing out bad wood and cleaning mold. Bad flooring joists and wall studs were located and replaced. The wet areas were dried with fans for a number of days and the entire work area was prepared for the build back. All of the workers performed in a professional manner and were very polite and quick to explain the procedures they were using. At the end of each day they cleaned up. All work was performed to code and the job was completed on schedule . We have to give this company an A+ rating and recommend them to anyone in need of restoration/renovation work. Hats off to Chad, Mike and all of the U.R. crew.

The insurance company refused to work with them so I had to find another company to work with. Obviously United was not happy about it. When the contractor for the insurance company came he called another company in to complete the job.

"United Restoration appreciate's all feed back both good and bad, in this case I must explain the situation from our side. At the time of this job, we had 2 companies out of one office. The customer was a regular with our sister company, Atlantic ChemDry, so when her carpets were damaged by sewage she called Atlantic for a cleaning. IICRC standards do not allow for cleaning of black water- it was a job bigger than just carpet cleaning. This was explained to the customer, in addition to sending out our sister company United Restoration which was certified, trained and equipped to handle her job. She was also instructed to contact her insurance company regarding the loss. So yes she was referred to another company but only because a simple cleaning wouldn't suffice in this situation. As for the price, United uses an estimating program state regulated and approved by the insurance company. United performs the work based on the insurance allowed pricing and in this case, the only out of pocket money would be the customers insurance deductible. I apologize for any confusion the dual companies may have caused and the dissatisfaction of the customer. We strive to make every customer a happy customer and again we appreciate the feed back, We have since closed Atlantic ChemDry, so the confusion between company s has been resolved for future customers, United will use this review to change an modify procedures to ensure future success and happy customers."
