"Beware. Let me start by saying that I have never given a poor review despite service, however, I felt as if I needed to for this interaction. I scheduled home survey which was to be done 2-3 weeks from now. DKT required full payment in order to book. I called back less than 48 hours after I had booked as I no longer needed the survey and they charged me a cancellation fee of 10%. This was not disclosed when I scheduled the survey. The receptionist told me that it was written on the invoice, however, one does not receive an invoice until after payment. The price as also quoted at $900. They are very expensive and should disclose the cancellation policy when scheduling clients. I take responsibility for not asking myself, and have learned my lesson, however, DKT should discuss this prior to taking a client's payment. I can also understand a fee if it was cancelled closer to the date, however, this was cancelled less than 48 hours after it was booked. This is not good customer service, and I personally will not be doing business again with this company."
