M.C. Fence & Deck, LLC leveled the job area after a large tree was removed, and then they excavated and poured concrete footers for my 16x24 foot shed. Very professional job!

I do not appreciate the fact that they confirmed the install via text message and via email several days ago, but on the day of the actual install, I did not hear anything from them. They never called to let us know that they were not coming.

The sales person was very good He explained the difference between vinyl and wood privacy fence. We decided to go with the stick built wooden fence because it was in our budget and since it was not pre-built but built right as needed for my yard. We were told with the size of your yard it would be done in one day, it was not. It was finished on day two The work people worked well together and kept the fence at six feet even on the sloping ground. They cleaned up after everything was finished What we did not like about the fence the bottom of the boards were not cut evenly and were visible and not corrected. The separation between the boards was wider than we thought they should be and when we said something the person that could speak English told us they were tight enough and could not change it. We were not thrilled with the answer we also thought on the bottom of the fence they would put a board along the bottom to hide the uneven boards but they did not I had to call the salesperson back out to the house to see the problem, he sent out another work crew and when I explained what wanted he straight up told me he would not do that because it must match with the top board so putting it finishing boards did nothing to fix the problem Called the salesperson and told him to come pick up the last payment. When he came over we showed him the way the bottom of the fence and he offered to send out another crew to work on it again but we have had enough and told him we did not want anyone else coming to our house. We also told him we almost did not want to make the last half of the payment, but we made it. We were going to have them look at our deck but after this experience we will not use them again for anything we need around our house. Just say NO to any offer from M.C. fence and decks, LLC.

Reasonable pricing and on day of the install project was completed the same day. I love my new wooden fence.

There was extreme lack of timely communication between company personnel and the customer even when call backs were promised. There was also a lack of communication between the company and the crew doing the actual work especially pertaining to a metal frame driveway gate requiring rework and additional delay. There was a lot of dirt from the where post holes were left in about a 2 foot radius at most every hole. The crew that performed work on installing new rails on an existing deck did not pay enough attention to detail and installation details did not match what was told to me. They left debris (old screws, saw blades, etc) laying around on the ground when completed.

The installation crew worked well with us to make sure the project turned out exactly the way we wanted. We are very satisfied with the results. We would hire MC Fence & Deck, LLC again.

The General Manager Paul kept me updated on the status and start date. The crew was prompt and courteous. They reviewed with me exactly where fence line would run and where I wanted the gates. These guys did a great job, cleaned up well and set aside the old fence which was in the way of new fence. Im so pleased with my new fence! I highly recommend MC Fence!
