"We needed to have an ole iron pipe replaced as well as galvanized lines replaced. A leak was found at the base of a toilet, and this was repaired. The interior of the toilet was also replaced. The job was well done, and the workman pleasant to work with. I thought they were a bit expensive, but I have not have this kind of work done in awhile. It took a couple of tries for the office to get my address and email correct for estimates to be sent, however. .. not the plumber’s fault."

He also found that one of my toilets needed a new flapper valve/lift rod and corrected me on how I was using my garbage disposal, advising me to only use it for light particles stuck to my plate. "I had tried to do my own toilet work - swapping out all of the parts in the tank with a universal kit from Lowe's.  Everything seemed to be good for 4 days, but on day 5, there was water leaking.  I immediately called a professional to come fix what I has screwed up on this toilet.  Jamie came within a couple hours, came when he said he would, and even texted me when he was on his way.  
When Jamie came over, he found the source of the leak (I had cut the washer on the pipe going into the toilet), fixed that part, then went on to double check everything else.  He gave me some pointers on what to expect with the type of change I made to the toilet, and why the leak happened.  
All in all, this was a great experience.  Jamie bailed me out from an amateur toilet install on short notice and for a really reasonable price.
