"We've had our septic tank drained 6 times over the past 30 years and this is the best company yet. The two crew members, Jahkondeh and Robert, were professional, competent, and pleasant. They are the first crew to properly dig and refill the large hole, extracting and replacing the sod carefully and perfectly. No one has come close to their diligence and efficiency. I was offered great advice regarding the maintenance of my septic tank and septic field. I have never written a review like this before, but I felt the need to tell others to USE THIS COMPANY. John provided an in-depth home inspection of my plumbing and educated me on the importance of venting my sinks to avoid moisture buildup, mold, corrosion, and bad odors. He also found that one of my toilets needed a new flapper valve/lift rod and corrected me on how I was using my garbage disposal, advising me to only use it for light particles stuck to my plate. To assist with the upkeep of my plumbing, John recommended that I buy a drain cleaning kit and even called his dispatch to schedule another member of his team to repair my toilet's lift rod. John Curry's expertise and helpfulness were much appreciated during the home inspection.
