After buying a promotional offer through Angies List, I have continued using Nooks and Crannies. They really are very good and have been willing to go the extra mile to accommodate my schedule and preferences.
"We are very sorry you were unhappy with the cleaning you received. Since your house is thirty minutes away and you wanted specific days, our service to that area is more limited. We apologize for not being able to fit you in the schedule sooner. Your nanny was very happy with the work the team did and told them they did a lovely job. They even asked her to look around and let them know if she wanted anything else done. If you had contacted us, we would have immediately sent the team back to fix anything you were unhappy with."

I called the next day with the expectation that some amends would be made - either they would return to finish the job because they hadn't done what I asked, or that I'd get some kind of discount with a future service, or something. Instead I was told, and quot;Well, I'm sorry if they didn't understand what you wanted, but I'm not going to give you work for free.and quot;
This is terrible customer service. I would certainly have used their company again if they'd been willing to deal - so instead of saving themselves an hour of cleaning, they've actually lost themselves hundreds of dollars in long-term return business.
"We are very sorry that your team was not able to complete everything on your list in two hours! Since our teams work in pairs, our supplies are given out so that one person can dust, clean the kitchen, vacuum mop, etc., while the other cleans the bathrooms. In your house, this means that one person had two hours to clean all four bathrooms. Your team worked very hard to clean your house but we would have recommended a longer cleaning considering the size of your house. Please call or email us if you have any other questions. We would be more than happy to send your team back."

cabinets inside and out and did a spectacular job. If that had been it, I
would have rated Excellent, but honestly the rest of the job was just
Fair, hence the overall Good rating. This was a move in clean, so there
was nothing to get in their way, so I expected a more thorough job in
the bathrooms, and on dusting the blinds and baseboards. Overall is was
OK, but I'll likely try out some other companies in the area before
coming back to them. They were very professional and neat and punctual.
If they have a great coupon I would recommend them for a try, but if
not, I would shop around.

After returning to our property a second time, the property manager still was not pleased. Again, Nooks and Crannies returned to our property to try to please the property manager's expectations for spotless cleaning. After returning twice, the property manager was satisfied.
Our real estate agent saw the property after the first cleaning and she felt the condo looked very nice then. So, the property manager was simply very fussy about what she considered to be a top-rate cleaning job. Nooks and Crannies went above and beyond to try to meet the property manager's expectations. They were very professional throughout the whole ordeal. They even provided us with pictures of the and quot;pristineand quot; condition of our condo to show their extreme efforts. We offered to pay them an additional amount for their services, and said they would not accept any more money as it was their job to ensure the job was done right and to the client's satisfaction.
I would recommend them to anyone and I assure you that they will do whatever it takes to please their clients.

It was, indeed, difficult to meet your property manager's expectations, as she wanted the 20-year-old appliances to look brand new, inside and out.
