Very professional, good work, thorough. We were very pleased until we got the bill. $275 an hour? Absolutely ridiculous.

Perfectly. From my incompetent description over the phone, the plumber brought out what he thought would be the right size, which saved a day. While he was there, he took a look at several other problems not worth a separate call - fixed some and told me others were nothing to worry about. No additional charge.

On the phone, Mrs. Dansey collected the information they would need before the service visit; the plumber showed me the various parts that had blown: bladder and rusted out connections, and had a new unit just the right size on the truck. Mrs. Dansey had given me the price of the unit if needed on the phone the day before the appointment; I found to my delight that the price included installation. The plumber also replaced my water filter and serviced the housing and inspected all the toilets for no additional charge. These are my favorite plumbers.

I give them a very bad rating. They are over priced and they didn't finish jobs. I cant sing their negativity loud enough! I ended up having another company come in and found out that there was a lot of work that they didn't do.  I think they were just trying to get us to purchase a $9,000 heating system. They start charging as soon as they pull in the driveway.
