"They were a terrible choice, I am disappointed in the broker that assigned me to them. They don't adhere to the time table they set, they try to rush you through paperwork which you don't even get a copy of when they leave with your stuff, their customer service reps could not sound more disinterested in helping you. Nothing has been on time so far and I keep getting charged for more than what was contracted. If a second floor delivery is going to cost more then be upfront don't tell me you are up charging the day before delivery. I am just now praying my stuff actually shows up and is the same shape it left my house in. Horrible experience so far."

"Its had to believe Bellhop was as bad as they were. Truly the worst move we’ve ever experienced. First we used your packing services and the items that bellhop sent were nowhere near enough. So they sat around and did nothing while I ran to UPS to purchase $200 more worth of boxes. Then when they were done one of them decided to steal my airpod pros (which was on camera). So they sent me money to purchase a new pair when I sent the video. Then the following day we used a crew through Bellhop that arrived on Thursday, 18 July, around 8:00 a.m. of which only 3 of the 5 had shown up when they scanned my QR code. The other 2 probably showed up in the following 30 minutes. It began with an antique mirror that was positioned such that part of the wood decoration on the side was loosened and one of the feet was broken off. I was dismissed and informed that some wood glue would fix it and denied the opportunity to take the issues up with a supervisor. The mirror could stand on its own legs leaning against a wall, but now, that is impossible. Then as they began bringing out furniture piece by piece, nearly every piece of our furniture has some ding, gash, or other damage to it. They did not wrap furniture properly and they would set wood furniture straight on the concrete unwrapped. They did not protect the furniture and clearly did not secure it in the truck for the drive. This was the opposite of what I expected with the claims of high quality service advertised by Bellhop. I immediately called bellhop service when this started to happen and was told I would receive a callback by a supervisor -- which never occurred. As we continued to point out that each piece they took off the truck was damaged, my wife was told she was just looking for damage, to which she replied yes, that was exactly what she was doing because now we felt like we needed to check their work. I was then told that they needed to stop the conversation because she was being too emotional, which she felt like was an attack on her as a woman, as women are often accused of being emotional and dismissed. Because the crew damaged thousands of dollars of our property and dismissed her frustration and concern, she confirmed that yes, she was very much upset and that I disliked being dismissed and attacked for being a woman and did not appreciate that. Then I was told that it is hard work moving furniture and that pieces get damaged, which is incorrect and I shared that in three other moves with professional movers, we had only had one issue of damage occur, and that I had never had these issues happen when I moved my own furniture in past moves. Additionally, in an earlier discussion on damage, I was told that somehow this was our fault because we had a lot of furniture and they didn't have the quilts for adequately protecting everything, which is absolutely not my fault -- it is the responsibility of the moving company to provide any supplies like this to protect the furniture during the move. Finally, when we went to put the ladder on the bunk bed, we saw the absolutely disgraceful job they did at putting the bunkbed back together. They broke off screw heads when installing the mattress platforms, and they were not level underneath but they screwed on the platforms anyway, creating a corner of the platform sticking up and poking into the mattress and with no adequate space to hang the ladder properly. I had to undo the shoddy work, buy new equipment to remove the broken screws, and reassemble it myself."
