All of the work was absolutely essential for safety and structural reasons, and I'm so glad I chose OSSA to do the work. My mother has Alzheimer's, which presented additional issues, but the entire crew was incredibly kind, respectful, and understanding of the unique challenges they faced. They were responsive and kept me aware of everything regarding the job along the way. My mother is so pleased, and I have the peace of mind that all of her outdoor space is safe, beautiful, and accessible. They were very good about texting/calling to let me know they were enroute for both the estimate appointment and for the day the work was completed. I hired them to power wash a composite deck, wood railing, slate patio and vinyl siding. They were very respectful of the property and moved and replaced the furniture, decorative fixtures as well as the gas grill and smoker, something not all companies will do. Highly recommend and will look for more projects for them. Great job!"
