We contacted Macarena Hardwood Floors and Fernando was very responsive and promptly came out to give us an estimate, explain the process, and provide us with options. We made an appointment for them to do the work. They showed up on time and finished the job within the estimated timeframe. During the process, they were very careful to protect our furnishings and other areas of the house. The area was thoroughly cleaned up when the job was complete. "This is a small local business, they installed the flooring in our home. They listen to what you want and try to figure out the best way to do it. If there is a minor problem they will go the next day with four people and fix the problem for you. Our older dog was having trouble slipping on the stairs and they have options for that and installed it very quick. It was great. I highly recommend them to anyone that is considering doing floors. I am on the board of directors for local children's museum and they have helped us with flooring and given us an excellent price because we are non profit."
