"I am extremely happy with AJ's service, start to finish. We initially reached out for an estimate at the beginning of 2015. A representative came to our house to explain all the different products as well as pricing and timing. I had reached out to 2 other companies before hand but was not comfortable their high pressure selling. AJ was very patient with us regarding our timing and budget. "Ferguson Home Improvements was very professional and on time when they did our tile work.  The technicians were very respectful and instructed us of everything they were going to do in there step by step process and made sure we approved everything before the began the work.  After the work was completed on-time and within budget they explained to us how to care for our new floor and made sure that our house was left they way it was when the arrived.  We received a call about a week later from the owner of Ferguson Home Improvements to make sure we were satisfied with the work.  All and all it was a great experience and we will use them in the future.
