"Went from a 35 year old leaky bathroom to a beautiful modern bathroom including needed sub floor support, new flooring, beautiful tile oversize walk in shower with a rainfall and hand held shower head, corner seat, custom glass shower wall and door. New toilet, vanity, dual sinks, marble counter top. New recessed lights and a great paint job. Family and friends rant about the remodel and we absolutely LOVE it! While not always required, experts recommend removing baseboards before removing old carpet and installing a new one. This practice leads to a smoother process and a cleaner, more professional-looking finish. Removing the baseboards allows for a seamless carpet installation without the risk of damaging either the carpet or the trim. It also provides a good opportunity to repaint or stain the baseboards and inspect the underlying wall for any issues.
